Any fellow strong women here?
I do aerobics and horse riding for a bit of cardio but my real love is lifting weights, leg day being a favourite. I used to do some power lifting but these days I do lighter weights high reps as I am trying to drop fat.
I do miss lifting heavy and I'm considering doing some strong woman training x |

There was a woman on here just yesterday writing about improving her PB by 1kg after changing her routine. About 143.5kg, I think, which seems damned impressive to me! Can't remember her name, I'm afraid, but I'm sure she'll be along. |

"There was a woman on here just yesterday writing about improving her PB by 1kg after changing her routine. About 143.5kg, I think, which seems damned impressive to me! Can't remember her name, I'm afraid, but I'm sure she'll be along."

Mrs CT does strong woman training and has competed in a few comps.
Can’t recommend strongwoman training enough ! By far the most supportive community I’ve been a part of. |
