My employer doesn't seem too bothered. I have seen a solicitor that deal with employment law but not sure if they'd charge more than what im owed, about 800 quid |

Unfortunately it happens, even working for a large company that goes into liquidation.
I've been stiffed a couple of times once by a huge national building company that went bust.
Luckily PWC took the administration on and I eventually got a small amount back but lost a fuck load of overtime owed and call out fees.

If their in administration or receivership a solicitor winter help as in effect yiu are now one of many creditors |

One thing is getting advice and support via the citizens advice bureau then taken the matter to court it would cost less because you're only paying court costs and hopefully someone on board from the citizens advice bureau |

Thnaks. My new agency didn't pay me either today. I falled them and said they'd try to psy me early next week. I don't eant to cause trouble with employer where im at as I've applied for a a few jobs with proper employment opportunities and want a good reference |
