So I had heavy single deadlifts this week. In past cycles in the mornings (6am sessions) I've struggled to get near by previous PB's so my coach and I tried mixing things up a bit and doing the 1 rep session in an evening instead where I'm properly awake and fuelled throughout the day.
Well it only went and worked didn't it!!! Managed to lift my previous pb and put on a tiny bit extra
142.5kg to 143.5kg
Super happy to have got past that sticking point and head into a 2 week break with a new Max lift.
What small changes or little wind have you made recently that's put a little smile on your face? |
