It's that time of year again when seasonal food and drink is prominent. From Bonfire toffee and toffee apples to mince pies and mulled wine. What is your favourite and why?

I like supermarket Christmas Dinner sandwiches. You only get them for a short while (anytime around now infact) and they are gone by Christmas eve. I like the mix of turkey, cranberry and stuffing. I have a very small family so we tend to have chicken for our Christmas Dinner.

Yeah agree with the Christmas sandwiches in the meal deals!

Apart from them, shit loads of cheese and mince pies!

You might be able to deduce why I'm currently on a fitness plan.

Newry Down

Every year, I find out from the annual Daily Mail survey which Christmas pudding has been tested to be the best that year, and I make a specific point of buying one, cooking in properly and eating it slowly, ovet a petiod of several days, with a coating of sour cream. Very sinful, but absolutely delicious.
