Here are 3 options that you can choose from and then write something about it:
1 Occasional exercise
2 Enough cardio to keep up
3 All exercise all the time
I choose nr3. I like to exercise and I do it everyday from weight lifting, cardio like walking, running and also yoga, fitness is my life |

I do a lot of walking at work...I think that's probably the most I do.
I did go all out this year and get an exercise bike and trained to do 100 miles on it over a week for charity...I ended up doing it in 3 days! |

I train every day and have been in the habit of attempting to improve every time. Its got to the point that improvement is now only in small increments.
What is the advice, should I always aim for a best time/number/weight or should I back off for a few days at a time to let muscle repair?

Number 3. Work in a gym so it's part of the job. Mix of classes, coaching and weights to mix it up.
Also daily dog walks for my own sanity to get out the "office" |

0. I had started with a PT but I slipped a disc and had to give it up.
I'm active all day everyday but I've never really exercised at all.
Probably why I get out of breath grating cheese. |

I exercise probably at least 5/6 times a week; this is from playing football as well as going to the gym doing strength work and then to keep me in good cardio shape I also run - recently ran my first half marathon |

I love walking,so relaxing, and you see things that you never notice when you’re whizzing by in a car. I have a 6km route around town that just empties my brain, and peps me up. I do it at least 4 times a week |

I also like to walk and on average I walk about 100 to 130min a day, sometimes more and well done for the bike charity challange, 3 days is good |

"I walk around at least 20,000 steps most days and my job is pretty physical so that's plenty for me.
*Cries in 2k with a desk job*"
Right?! It's so hard to get steps in with an office job, unless I'm making a coffee or going up and down stairs.
No matter how much I force myself to try, I will always hate long, boring walks on my lunch breaks. |

I'd say 2 at the moment. Really been struggling to keep it up the past year. Not sure if it's an age thing now as I've stopped playing a lot of competitive sport or a motivation thing. I was definitely a 3 in the past. My life (social side anyway) used to based around my sporting activities and excersie.
I'd love to get back to it. I've never been a fan of the gym, used to go for something to do but I do miss the competition of sport. |

Number three.
Before starting my office job, I would spend up to 1 1/2 hours 4-5 times per week: 1 hour strength training and 10-15 minutes each way walking to the gym.
Now:
Cycle twice a week to work (1 hour total).
Walk around between 3 floors in my building, 3 times a day for 10 mins each time (2 hours total).
Strength train at home 3-4 times per week for 45-60 minutes (3-4 hours total).
Times when I can’t cycle, I try to factor in extra walks around the building, or go on my rower or stationary bike at home.

Still serving in the military so do some form of phys most days. Two weights sessions in the gym a week, then running, tabbing or cycling on other days plus circuits at home sometimes with burpees, dips, push ups, lunges etc |

"No 2 for me.
I cycle kas fast as I can) too and from work three days a week, and sporadically go to the gym.
I have cycle 200 miles in a day before for charity.
Cal" That is good to cycle and a lot of cycling you did that day, that was a good thing you did for charity there |
