Both.

Quarter the sprouts, and stir fry with ginger and garlic, with a dash of soya sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil towards the end of the cooking process.

I like my parsnips simply roasted in butter or beef dripping, with a sprinkle of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Both will be features on my Christmas Day meal with the roast duck.

Little strips/dice of bacon. If you chop then fry it releases the bacon fat so you can use it to flavour things.

And the bits go crispy...

Ty for the info ...even tho i'll forget it by teatime lol had to double take it the first time thot it read bacon hardon lol
