Are there any heart nurses or doctors around?
I had a heart attack about 7 weeks ago and I am wanting to get back to the gym properly! I have been using the pool to walk up and down but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything for me..
I want to get back into the more intense classes and use the mezzanine area but I don’t what the time line is for me to be allowed to do so!
Please either respond in here or more preferably in DM but either works!

Maybe you should ask your doctor what you can or can't do? But there are at least 3 people on here who know EVERYTHING so you might be lucky, you might find them in the virus forum spouting their wisdom... Good luck  |

I'm pretty sure the doctors that looked after you are in a far better place to advise there. As much as people might want to help, they don't know any of the detail so can't really say much |

What's been said pretty much covers it but as an echo
While there may be some general advice from those qualified on here, your own doctor will have results and notes specific to you.
What may be okay for others may be deadly for you based upon a certain result or reading etc. |

Maybe follow whatever recovery plan your heart specialist will have given you? Or throw that away and just ask random people on a sex site instead, who whatever their qualifications will not be in possession of any of your medical records, and whose advice could easily lead to further disability or death... |

I haven’t been given any advice on a time line to start more intense stuff… I have asked and they just said we will get someone to phone and no one has! Was just looking to see if anyone new a timeline wasn’t after any medical advice lol |
