I was but I went to Rio's and I was fine. Turns out I love a spa with clothes and without clothes.

Depends on your objective for going and expectations.

For me I didn't put too high expectations on it because I don't need the mental pressure with my brain.

Yeah it's very daunting because I've read reviews of all kinds of experiences ..its about me wanting to get comfortable with my body
