So who is guilty of procrastination (or "Weighing the cat" as its called in my family)? Once again my habit of procastination has bitten me on the arse; this time I kept putting off buying Townhouse Milf Monday tickets (no reason), only to find they have sold out when i actually sat down to buy them

Yes we put off buying Halloween tickets for townhouse and they’re sold out !!

In real life I put everything off if there’s something more fun to do instead !!

It doesnt even have to be the less fun option for mr to put it off. That said, I am tight and if it means spending money i normally put it off; but this is £10.

Hope you find an alternative night for a Halloween Party

Tim Urban did a brilliant TEDx lecture on this subject...

Mine too! I also find that procrastinating at work often results in the task no longer being deemed necessary by the boss, it's a great time-saver!!

I spent most of my 20s as a chronic procasturbator. I blame broadband.

I really don’t get it. If you want or need to do something , even a chore, completing it feels great, not doing it feels really bad.

.

It's not procrastinating really. If my heart isn't really set on doing something or I don't feel comfortable/sure about it... I'm probably not going to do it. If I want to or need to, I will do it. No procrastination.

Too late for a poor joke.

What I notice with younger staff, particular in western / tech enabled countries is FOMO and access to info online , leads them have more ideas they can’t possibly follow up on.

I know these people well , there’s the queue test. Take them for a coffee or anywhere where there’s a queue for 2-3 mins and don’t speak to them. You know what happens next ….

Recently diagnosed ADHD neurodivergent here !

Procrastination is my forte, I will put off whatever needs to be done until the last possible moment then panic complete the task but I can guarantee you the level of attention to detail will be impeccable
