Cardio fitness and general well-being are at peak levels. I completely understand the biological factors you put forward but my erection is perfectly normal and can maintain for a good while. It’s the actually size that has caused my concern. Thought I may be over thinking it but definitely lost size. |

You can appear physically fit but still have cardiovascular problems. Some are independent of lifestyle, e.g. genetic hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol). An appointment and a few blood tests would establish if you have anything to be concerned about and would be sensible if you've not had a health MOT recently anyway. |
