Mmmm I used to work on a deli counter, snowdonia cheeses are some of my faves, wax coated strong cheddar and one with chilli in it. Or Camembert done in the over till its all runny!
I'm hungry now x |

"yeah!!!! Britain beat the French in the food fight "
Thrashed them 4-1. Maybe we should create a cheese World Cup as it looks as though England is half decent at making it.
Then we could all just convert from football to cheese-making and not suffer further tournament anguish. |

In Morrisons I found Toffee Caerphilly OMG!!!!!
It was on the discount shelf, you know because they will expire soon ..... so I didn't take any chances ... I took it home and ate it all up straight away really quickly |

That's sacrilege - Caerphilly should never be messed with!!!
There's some dodgy concoctions though I remember when I worked in Asda a few years back they did a cherry chocolate cheese - it was vile!!!! |

Not a fan of strong cheese so I would go for mild cheddar, I do however like garlic and herb cheese spread, boursin and edam but I don't do cheese raw, prefer it grated on bolognese or toasted sandwiches especially with garlic or tomato |

The snowdonia cheese company do one called black bomber its a strong extra mature and is scrumptious. Or a nice well studded with garlic with a splash of white wine camembert baked in oven with fresh crusty bread dunked in it. I shouldn't eat it as I'm lactose intolerant but do love cheese |

I love cheese I've just counted the cheeses in my fridge and there are ten different varieties, two of them blue cheeses. Favourite just now is Queso Manchego with quince jelly. yum! |

I'm glad you said that , Asda did one a couple years ago and when I asked about it this year they have stopped doing it. Guess where I'm going later |

"Feeling peckish, and want a nibble
What cheeses do you like ?
Fancy a mature cheddar, some stilton, and a bit of cheshire right now "
I love cheddar, cheshire, red leicester, goats cheese and brie.
M loves all the stinky blue cheeses, yuck!
We also have a lot of cheese in the house and partial to cheese & biscuits and homemade chutney for supper. |
