Both. I mean most are white, same age more or less, same size with propellor pony tails that stretch the face muscles.
Guys have beards or not, range of hair dos, and are stocky or not... |

I guess the option of a beard is unavailable to most women, footballers or not!
I assume for those with long hair a ponytail is simply the most practical option to play sport with. But I agree it's much less diverse than the men's game (though men's rugby is not that diverse either!).
