Is there a specific time I can go? Can I use items from the pantry?

I'm making shakshuka. 2 tins of chickpeas, tin of tomatoes (3 for a £1 in world produce section) fresh chillies (59p), bit of olive oil. Some fresh basil from home. Peppers. (£1) Maybe reduced mushrooms (50p) and aubergine (40p). Some sourdough (£1). Feta from the fridge. Couple of eggs. Done.
