When I hit fatherhood at 39 I ditched the old ways and became an out and out, sad wanker.
Boyzone became great again
Celine was now relevant
White socks were in fashion
I even acquired a best friend along the way who, my comparison, is sadder than me.
I spend most of my days taking the piss out of people i meet or work with, making up somewhat dark and entertaining nicknames for them.
I've even gone as far as to put own compilation videos together of all the sad, depraved and humorous shite we made up every month to the point were we seriously will consider putting up mock flyers to a convention for sad wankers like us (SadCon 2022)
My missus has threatened to leave me for someone more mature, My child looks at me stupid most days whilst acting like me other days wandering round making silly noises and generally being antagonising to her older brother.
I use words like "off the chain", "superheat" and "swish" in a desperate attempt to look cool
I refuse to believe I'm one of a minority here. Does anyone else class themselves as a sad bastard?

Not sure if it’s the same thing about when I started into my 40s I had a massive mid-life crisis and joined Fab to shag random women off t’internet. If that’s kind of the same thing, I’ll join the club  |

I hit fatherhood at 20 so I was an immature idiot anyway, that's never changed really...I do have the whole taking the piss out of colleagues etc going on, but my youngest is now 8 so I still have a legitimate reason for being childish some of the time...
Adulthood is boring for the most part, nothing wrong with a little immaturity and fun, even if it's a Sad Twat kind of fun! |

I was dancing to Boyzone yesterday and my daughter actually hugged her food, protecting it from me and looking at me like "you sad pathetic wanker"

Parents these days are soft as shite. Do you think your grandfather, as a boy, would have looked sideways at HIS father? I don't know, but I doubt it. This is why western society is on this inexorable downwards trajectory - people simply aren't being raised right these days.

Mine is still giving me grief for pinching her music, when the fact is shes pinched mine.
Shes constantly pinching my films and series for herself.
And all I get is its mine.
I get told to shut up often as I tease and torment her
The last time I made her jump and scream  , I got slapped right across the face something i wasnt expecting

I’m not far off 62 and a grandfather. My 49 yr daughter stated in her Faceache page I was dead
My 42yr old son still idolises me as do my 4 Grandsons
I haven’t changed one iota of the way I was as a teenager.
I still compete in extreme sports, I still coach Combat sports, I am still on Fab chasing mad women even if I have more success at the gym.
My taste in music hasn’t changed, I still play drums although without a band at present
Recuperating from a near fatal motorcycle crash
You lot sound like tired, sad, burnt out kids
