Must be the arseholes from the council smashing up the pavements outside and replacing them with glorious tarmac - all because the contracted cable company did such a piss-poor job when they ripped up the nice paving slabs.
They are a week behind on each street to convert. Cynics would say that each job stated as being a week stretched to two is just the contractors doubling their paycheques. The extended tea breaks and spending 20 minutes tightening four nuts on a "No Parking" sign might add credence to that...
