Was lucky enough to go to the Yard House in Kanasas city back in about 2007, they had over 150 beers on tap. All you could do was pick a beer at random from the menu as there was just so many to choose from. I did end up with a stinker though, cant remember what it was called but it was a Cherry beer.
I cant actually say if I have a favourite. I love locally brewed beers wherever I find them but I probably drink more Heverlee in my local than anything else though its a lager.
So if I cant pick a lager then its Guiness |

Timothy Taylor’s Landlord is an absolute favourite from the more widely available brews, Doom Bar is ok and a little more easily found, but my historic favourite is Ruddle’s Blue. Sadly that doesn’t seem to available nowadays.
As a side note, Greene King IPA is an amazing beer to take cans of to a festival. Drinkable and refreshing even when it’s been in the sun all day. Properly hoppy and bitter. |

So many! For a summer session ale, West Berkshire Brewery, or St. Peter's, or maybe Young's. For something darker, Young's Winter Warmer, or Harvey's Bonfire Boy. Hardcore 9+% for rare occasions would be Harvey's Imperial Russian stout. Belgian: probably Verboeten Vrucht, or however it's spelled, but Chimay and Mort Subite are excellent, too. |

"In my last pub, I served just shy of 2000 different cask ales in the 9 years I was there.
My question to you, what is your favourite tipple (beer not lager)"
Yorkshire Square Ale, which is quite hard to get hold of, imagine my UTTER GLEE when Sainsbury's started selling it rebadged as their own brand Yorkshire Ale |

Had a Brewdog advent calendar bought for me last year
24 different Brewdog beers and they were absolutely nothing special. In fact some were just plain horrible
My palate has changed enormously over the years as I find most lagers bland, when it was my staple beer
I am now very much more of an amber ale or IPA drinker, however anything I've tried that is Whistable Bay brand has been lovely |

"One of my favourites hobbies is trying guest ales.
I’m happy with pale, hoppy, fruity, dark, malty..
I’m not sure I can choose just one.

I did try a strawberry Bon-Bon pale ale on Saturday. My daughter tried to stop me.
My argument was it sounds like such a stupid idea to pair “strawberry milkshake” & “pale zesty ale” (which is their description) that it MUST work.
It did not work. Took me about 4 gins to get over it |
