Don't let medical professionals fob you off, your GP may be utterly ignorant themselves on the symptoms of peri-menopause, or dish out anxiety/anti-depressants meds while ignoring the real source of your symptoms. |

Absolutely THIS!!
Sadly GP’s can be woefully ignorant on the menopause/hrt.
There are other sources of information out there.
Happy to help anyone if they wish.

There's a café near us who do a menopause café evening, encouraging women to come together to talk about it all, share experiences etc. It seems to be popular and very successful.

I'm impassioned with the strong belief that we need to promote awareness around menopause and perimenopause, in addition to a more cohesive support framework for those experiencing these issues.
This is worthy of a 'bump'. |
