I'd say swinging and clubs are more of a lifestyle. If she's interested in that aspect then Chams would be ideal, if not, it could be too much or a culture shock.

She may be a bit overwhelmed with going from no sex for years to essentially being surrounded by it for an evening.
As her friend, you should try to explain as best as you can what she can expect and how she doesn't need to push herself to get involved just because others are. She should take it at her own pace and trust her own instincts as who she likes |

I'm not sure wanting casual sex is the same as wanting to go to a swingers club or join fab.
If she's got leftover stuff from relationships I'm not sure the smoke blowing, territory marking and outright lying of the swinging world is the best place for her anyway. A good old fashioned meet in the pub/club/bar have a couple of drinks, a laugh back to his or her's for some casual shenanigans and everyone goes home happy would be my choice |

Clubs can be very social places and there is never any expectation to play. There is however plenty of opportunities if she does decide to. I've never been to chams so not sure what rooms they have. As a swingle I've had the occasional nsa fun in a dark room or glory hole. |

You could introduce the idea, whilst discussing places she could investigate for finding no strings but it doesn't sound like she's in this mindset. But, a seed sown may germinate, given time and analysis. I'd leave it to her, unless I was really sure a friend would be fully compatible with the lifestyle.
