Mine are real. They are made out of real silicone gel.
I also have some that are made out of real human cellular structure that grew as part of my own body, but they are possibly not of impressive size, other than to anyone that might be impressed by 38AAA.... |

Would love real ones have no desire to have other things cut off
But a set off boobs definitely would
I do have a set that come in a box
But don’t use them normally just a pad bra
Find the ones in the box just tend to flop about and fall out so don’t use them |

Very expensive breastforms from Japan. (Weirdly, they sell them in a pack of three. Very strange!) Attached with a specialist silicone adhesive.
If you look really close, you'll see the join. Look closer. Still can't see the join? Use your tongue as that's more sensitive! |

I would love to have proper female breasts too and don't have much of my own so use padded bras too.
I would like to be fully castrated etc. but my health condition makes that impossible, it seems; male genitals are no use to me now and they are awkward and uncomfortable in women's clothes. |
