Apparently Man Utd fans are all on the train from London and the internet availability is patchy today. |

(S)city are pants at the moment, Hart and kompany aren't as inspiring as they were last season. Our defence isn't much better but Van Persie is firing! 2 or 3-1 to utd methinks |

Utd. 7-0. (I wish!)
Ok - being realistic - I see it being close. But reckon 2-1 or 3-2 to Utd with the winning goal coming in the final couple of minutes. (As that's always really annoying - eh Sparky? lol) |

it's an urban myth that City have more local fans than Utd.
There was a survey of season ticket holders, and Utd had more local members than City. |

The word LOCAL is the key word here! The survey included people as far away as Burnley and Stockport. Everyone in Manchester knows that Manchester City which is actually IN the city is supported by Manchester fans. Myth about the myth exploded. |

You see this is one thing that I love about being a utd for very nearly 20yrs, over this time we have built many teams, grown our business and built up our ground. But yet every fucker hates us for doing this.
Shity come along with their billionaire owner, buy outrageously with a business model that doesn't matter about posting an operating profit for years, but yet everybody still loves them.
It confounds belief sometimes |

LMAO I always love this debate amongst The Manc's.
The fact is Manchester City ARE the only Manchester club, United are based in the City of Salford, which technically means that the Manchester Derby isn't even a derby as a true derby is between two clubs of the same city such as the two Bristol clubs, Liverpool & Everton and even Stoke & Port Vale. |

What a load of bollox. I have been a Utd fan since 1963 and probably spent far more on merchandise than match tickets. Are you daft enough to think Man City fans only live in Manchester? Wasn't aware there was a law that said a team's fans had to live local. |

Tommy Docherty huh, Now what's that song we sang about him on The Kop....
Who's Up Mary Brown, Who's Up Mary Brown
Tommy, Tommy Docherty.....
And for those who don't know whom Mary Brown is, she was the club physio's wife whom Tommy had an affair with and eventually moved in with, ending up with Docherty getting sacked by United. |

"Utd. 7-0. (I wish!)
Ok - being realistic - I see it being close. But reckon 2-1 or 3-2 to Utd with the winning goal coming in the final couple of minutes. (As that's always really annoying - eh Sparky? lol) "
Just thought I'd bump a certain persons prediction from yesterday!!
Oh yeah - that was me! Lol
Happy, happy days!! |

"Disgraceful scenes from the terraces
Typical Shitty fans. Can't take losing but love dishing it out when they win. "
Think there are always a few of those type of fans from every team fan base. Today just happened to be a City fan |

Ferdinand cut above the eye from an object thrown by a 'fan'. Let's hope the FA come down hard on City if they don't find the culprit and ban him for life. |

(waits to get slaughtered) As city are the real team of Manchester just like Everton are the real team of Liverpool I hope city win. They should move Man United footy ground to London to give the fans less travel time at home games. |

Hhhh hum!!! From moss side and United fan.
Uniteds original ground when they first started was around the corner from City's ground is now so they are the original team of Manchester.
They only moved out to Trafford because it was the best place to construct The Theatre of Dreams |
