Hi has anyone upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11 and how have you found it ?

Much better actually. Didn’t have any issues yet and visually it is an improvement

I have lost my camera on dell lap top and tried all I can so wondered if upgrading to windows 11 would solve the problem

I did pretty much as soon as it released. It feels a lot cleaner, there's a couple of things to get used to like getting to the task manager, but would definitely recommend.
