I was filthy minded my whole life.
Some might have chosen to go off the rails but I found it a little frightening, the things I suddenly wanted and how much. I went the opposite direction and locked it down tight.
As I have gotten older I have gotten more comfortable with it all and feel more like I control it not the other way around.
So in that way, things have definitely opened up as I have passed the 40 mark. Even better since I got my freedom back and decided to give fab a whirl  |

As in less bathing/showering?
I thought I became cleaner due to my older body being more sweaty during activities so therefore couldn’t make do with a ‘squaddie’ wash  |
