wonder how many full time gym girls are on here, love to chat and swap work outs

Yip I live in the gym literally

Being single and staying my self

I didn’t see the need for a living room and bed room

So I turned the living room in to a living room / bed room

And turned what was meant to be a bedroom in to a home made gym with all the equipment I need

We can swap workouts OP! I do a 5 day full body workout focusing on one compound movement each day to build strength and then a mix of higher rep exercises for hypertrophy with lower rep sets to focus on strength. I try to progressively overload after each week by bumping the weight up while still maintaining good form if possible. What do you do?
