Can any ladies tell me if they enjoy using Ben Wa balls and do they use them regularly when out and about please. Thinking of buying some as a little pressie for a playmate. |

I love mine. I've worn them out and indoors. Out with no underwear is a devious form of torture.

This can easily be avoided by attaching a foot long section of railway chain to them making them easier to retrieve should you need to!!  |

I used to love mine but didn't feel like they were beneficial health wise. Are they supposed to be good for strengthening your pelvic floor muscles?
I didn't notice a difference but I did like how the jiggled and the feeling of them being in me. I have quite a wide large fanny and never had issues with them falling out. I think I got mine from JD sports football section. |
