I'm making my Get Ahead Turkey Gravy (tks Jamie) and the smell of rosemary, sage, bay, chicken and assorted veg roasting in the oven is pervading through the house. Such a lovely Christmassy smell! The turkey is defrosting and my parents are on their way up from down south.
We're having an early xmas dinner tomorrow as we won't get to see them until after boxing day.
Is it Beer O'clock yet?  |
