Is this your Fab and / or life philosophy?
You know, nothing ventured, nothing gained and all that.
Maybe you think you can be the next big thing in the media or online. Or you’re going to take a punt on messaging that out of this world hottie top of the most Fabbed list in hope of securing a meet?
Or are you more pragmatic in your approach .. why waste time and effort chasing unlikely dreams and instead focus your attention on more realistic goals? The rewards might not be quite so great but the likelihood of achieving them is much greater.
I’m curious to know, Fabsters.
Me? Mostly the latter. But sometimes the former. And sometimes it’s even worked!   |

Depends on the situation. If I want to double my salary I'm wasting my time and my boss' time asking for a pay rise so I'll do it by tailoring my skills to the next role and moving on.
If it's something that's achievable (even if it's a stretch) then I won't count myself out by not going after it. If there's someone I like the sound of I have no issues saying so. If I think there's a deal to be done I'll try for it before I walk away.
If I don't ask for what I want then the answer is always no. If I ask then the answer may still be no, but there's a chance it'll be yes. |

I’m finding very challenging to read this question I tried about 6 times .
Maybe I’m getting tired .
How do I know she is a dream out of my league . You don’t know til she ignores you or reply …

She is more more fabbed or not I have no clue I don’t check that ….

The main pholosophy when in your late 50s is "life is too short" too short to be pussy footing about, too short to not make the best of every opportunity, too short to be getting messed around and too short to be explaining yourself to everyone. |

Like imagine you’re Gary Goals, looking for a new football team to play for.
Do you contact Manchester City asking for a trial, they might say yes after all, even if it is unlikely. Until you ask you’ll never know.
Or do you contact the Dog & Duck Sunday Reserves. You know, in your heart you know really that they’re much more your standard. And they’re in need of new players after that unfortunate incident in that nightclub.
That’s what it’s all about.
