This - I don't think the site has changed as such but maybe people and their expectations have changed a bit (I include myself in this)
We live in different times, pandemic, inflation, war etc and a lot of uncertainty, anxiety and maybe even a desire to make the most of each day, so our approach may be different perhaps and we expect more to happen at an accelerated pace.

From your veri’s it looks like you’ve been here a long time OP, certainly a lot longer than some of the more dismissive ones who have replied on your thread.
I’m part of a couple’s profile which is a few years old. When we get fed up or disillusioned we hide our profile for a while as others have suggested.

I find this idea quite interesting. It makes sense that with all the chaos in the world, making the most of each day is obvious and so as Aphrodite said 'expect more to happen' within the swinging world e.g. meets and such to feel fulfilled or satisfied. But when it doesn't go as we expected, we get frustrated or take it personally. Patience is key. |

This place (the Forums) has always been the same a few provocative posts, women being worshipped and men moaning. But there are the precious few that make the place worthwhile, that don’t conform who do think differently than the masses.
It’s never the site, when we lose those willing to challenge respectfully or bring something new to the party, that’s when it’ll no longer worth spending time on here. Until that time I’ll occasionally look in and appreciate those topics, comments or people that make this place interesting. |

I’m normally fine , have a very high tolerance to pricks and whiners, but this evening has really tested me.
I just saw a post about knickers being pulled to the side and one of the replies used the words panties and gusset in the sane sentence.
I thought things couldn’t possibly get any worse but someone replied saying ‘mmmm’

I have pics up and verifications and straight to the point and yet all men do is mess about and either disappear or don’t turn up!!!
Don’t seem to be many genuine guys on here. Get the impression many are married and just jump to get a fix then want actual meets |

Yeah, I am getting sick of this site it's very repetitive. It's full of oddballs, no-shows, and time wasters. And to put it politely freaks. I know we have our different tastes and fantasies, but sometimes it's just. Disturbing.

Yes, let down once again today. Was much better when we first joined some 9 years ago (couple profile too). 29 out of every 30 chats lead nowhere, fakes, pic collectors and fantasists who have no intention of meeting. |
