Just wondered how many couples sleep in separate rooms due to snoring we have for yrs husband a very light sleeper I tend to snore so he says

I sleep like a corpse so I don’t know if he snores. I hope we never, ever get to the stage of sleeping separately

It’s not so bad a thing, better than the built up resentment/guilt from ruining the others sleep.

With the added bonus of feeling rather naughty when you sneak back in for an early morning cuddlefuck.

when one half snores badly and your getting up at 5 in the morning you have no choice but to go in the spare bed,,, or be going work like a corpse,

Should only be used following a sleep apnoea diagnosis though. And not that comfortable to wear either.

OP, has he tried wax earplugs?
