Morning op and all. More garden work this weekend but getting there. Next lot of cuttings to the recycling centre Saturday after usual early morning food shop. Hope to finally make a start painting garage doors. Will follow footie later on. Sunday a chill day. |

I’m 9 weeks post ankle surgery & I’ve been pushing hard at physio to get back to work & driving. Whilst I’m doing well, I had a mild telling off from my physio yesterday .
I have been instructed to take it easier today. |
