Ate a chocolate digestive/ dark chocolate last night but with the chocolate side at the bottom. Instantly thought this is weird and the chocolate should be at the top. Do people eat them this way or is it choc at the top? Or do you have any other weird techniques |

Technically the experts do say to eat a chocolate biscuit chocolate side down , this is so the tongue’s taste buds are activated quicker thus a greater enjoyable experience. |
