Probably anything that's not on 'Legend' by Bob Marley, or any of UB40's greatest hits albums !
Not a huge reggae fan but I do like picking up old Trojan Records compilations from time to time and I tend to listen to a lot of Sly & Robbie stuff but I got into them via rock music, not their original roots.
Fuck, I sound like Paul Gambaccini !

Love the Easy Star All-Stars version of Dark Side of the Moon but the joke/pastiche wore a bit thin by the time they started doing The Beatles and Radiohead...DSotM was great though, great how the running time is still identical so it still fits in with the Wizard of Oz theories |

"Mine are slightly cheating in that one is Rocksteady and one is Ska but:
Redemption Song - Bob Marley
Big Monkey Man - Toots and the Maytals
Message to you Rudy - Dandy Livingstone"
I love Big Monkey Man
It's Good to Have the Felling You're the Best by Tippa Irie is a good tune too |

We'd put Love of the Common People by Nicky Thomas and the aforemntioned Tippa Irie tune on too and the place would instantly cheer up from the dull IT Geek hovel it was before !!
Then we'd go back to Prog Rock and 'difficult' Jazz !! |
