What can I buy?

I feel like I want to buy something online.

A few Chr*****s gifts have arrived and I'm in the mood to buy something.

I've ordered a new vacuum cleaner and light bulbs, that I'm waiting on but I want something cheap and interesting to look forward to opening.

I have a flat-packed wooden chest of drawers I have put together yet.

Maybe an electric screwdriver would inspire me to do it.

Glad to hear you've got enough wood. And yes, a battery powered screw never goes amiss

Sorry to digress a little but does this new vacuum cleaner empty itself? I know someone on the fora who actually gets other people to do that for her on some outlandish ruse about her having allergies!

Oh no, I didn't think about my allergies

It does have a big bag though, but doesn't empty itself, unfortunately.

I can't think of anyone who likes chocolate that much.

I don't mind it but not as a gift to myself.

Funny you should say those two things. I've been thinking of buying a radio for my kitchen, and a torch so I can see my dogs in the garden at night.

Wrap the hoover and lightbulbs in plenty of duct tape. At least a roll each.

Then treat you self to some scissors.

I had these a while back they are VERY handy in a power cut I also have a headlamp that is rechargeable I use for crafting which is also handy in such situations - can go loo without bumping into shit!
