Make sure to drink plenty of fluids. Take paracetamol for fever and aches and pains. Use sinutab or sudafed or similar if sinuses are playing up, or to relieve congestion and that horrible spotty feeling. And get plenty of rest.
I'm told spicy food can help too. |

Just lying in the bath after finally managing a couple of hours sleep this morning! Had about 15 layers on and the heating on full so woke up a tad sweaty!
