"Pull into your driveway and sit in your car for ages instead of going in? "
Only when I was listening to a song and stayed until the end because my taste in music is awesome. I don't have a driveway now... Or a car... |

I've done this going in to work. Though then it was signs of me being overworked, overstressed, and heading for a breakdown. I remember pulling over halfway to work and sitting for half an hour. Then getting to work and sitting for an hour. Then just starting the car again and going home.
I think I took two or three days off, then started treating myself a little better (mentally and emotionally).
Not saying this is the case for you OP. Sometimes any of us are just better for a sit and a think. Whatever though, be good to yourself, remember you are fabulous, and fuck off to all the fuckers in the world.

I get this. My days are generally so busy I'm ok until I just stop, then that's it, I struggle to get going again. Those few seconds sat in the car are all it takes for me just to think yeah, I've had enough of today now. |

I do. Normally it's to finish listening to a piece of music I enjoy, or on the forums here before I enter the house. |

Sometimes, if I know my husband is working at home, sometimes I've been known to sit in my car, if he is on a break I'll go up. We have lots of stairs to walk up and sometimes I just cba! |
