Somewhere in the middle for me
I'm not a huge fan of overly muscly men or very large guys generally (some exceptions if the chemistry is right)
Face is more important for me

To be honest I don’t rate 6 packs at all
Just shows you ither live a life that isn’t exactly that happy or you don’t eat
They made in the kitchen not the gym
Now back muscle on the other hand that is rateble as hard work blood sweat and tears need to be gotten to get it properly

I don't have a dad bod or a full on 6 pack as it's hard to maintain and have a bit of stubborn lower belly fat. I'm pretty happy with it overall as I can't be arsed to get fully shredded |

It's not that hard to maintain a six pack, at least for me. I'm nearing 40 and although my metabolism has slowed a wee bit, Ive just increased my cardio.
Exercise has just been ingrained in my life now, it's a part of me, and so running on a treadmill for an extra 10 mins a day, feels no more a chore than it ever has.

"As I'm getting older, it's getting harder to maintain the once chiseled body I had in my 20's.
Ladies what do you prefer?
"
Really? I think I look better now in my mid 30s than I ever did What ever body you choose to have...be proud of it and take care of it |

I agree with him.
I think a lot of people use age as an excuse to get out of shape - middle aged spread and all that. I’m 51 and I don’t think i have ever been in better shape. Yes the years have passed but I’ve learnt more about my body - regarding what works / doesn’t work on the path to some semblance of an athletic look.
I just wish I knew back then what I do today . |

"Depends on the dad bod. The last man who messaged claiming to have a dad bod was clearly obese. A few extra inches here and there are fine but rolls of fat do nothing for me."
Totally this not into kegs for bellies..a little bit is ok.. |
