You don’t often find bacon still with the rind on these days, but I used to cut that off, although only to fry it off separately to render out the fat and use that for fried bread, otherwise eat the lot! |

Rind on bacon is the best. I asked my local butcher about getting some in but apparently it costs more than rindless |
