Yes the men were revolting on Tuesday let by the aforementioned bare behinded one and then it all went a bit crazy until Julie and I agreed to use and abuse by way of punishment!

Bit confused by work to be honest.. ive not had a job description sent to me, or talked about pay or holiday hours. No one knows what the uniforms are yet, some have signed contracts, some (including myself havent).. ive not given my bank details and my CRB isnt through. Not actually spoken about how many hours im contracted for either..
However this week has been fun for training so far. Its not training in how to do the job as such its just all the legal stuff that companys have to provide. Today was Health & Safety part 2, Fire Awareness and Administration of Medications... tomorrow is First Aid |

Cheers Laine.. she's got a temp of 39.5 degree's and her tonsils are bright red and inflamed.
Doctor said its a virus so just to alternate between Calpol and Nurofen and hope she cools down. She was also throwing up but luckily she has been keeping fluids down and not spewed up the meds.

Sounds puzzling with the legality of it. I'm sure there's someone on here better qualified than a lowly teacher to give advice on that.

You are not just a HCA, you are part of a team, without HCAs or nursing auxillaries then us qualified nurses would be hard pushed to do our job, |

hope the little one gets better soon, my job started like yours too, i asked a couple of times about the paperwork and finally filled it all out last week and its all done ............ just ask and they will sort it I am sure, and well done for surviving today at work, whilst worrying about the poorly one as well   |
