"I’ll have some of whatever you’re on.got to be optimistic. What score do you fancy Good Afternoon by the way "
Good afternoon.
I’ll go 2-1 City. Haaland is unstoppable at the minute but they are vulnerable on the counter. |

"Reverse that scoreline in the favour of Man’ City.
McGuire vs Haaland is gonna be one of the biggest mismatches of all time. Think don't quote me on it think Mcguire is out "

They have been playing varane and martinez in centre defence and maguire on the bench.. so I don’t think he is a miss |

I'm an Arsenal fan.
My heart says hope for a Utd win, as City will be rivals for the title. But then I give my head a wobble and know we need City to beat Utd to help our race for the top 4! A 0-0 draw suits me just fine, with Haaland suddenly losing his scoring touch. |

Please gentlefolk I am on my way now to the Emptyhad and I hope United can just cause an early season upset and sneak a 0-1 win with Ronnie netting a controversial penalty in the 99th minute.
A man can dream!
That said the The Emptyhad will be full today!

Pokes head above parapet and hopes that today was all a nightmare from which I shortly awake
Still a couple of pints of Joe Holts bitter has deadened the pain!
On a positive note we won the second half?
Makes one wonder if Roy Keane should have aimed at Haarland seniors balls rather his leg! |

Without doubt Ciddy are the best squad in Europe if not the globe. United were flattered in scoring 3 goals and some players didn’t have any commitment to the cause. There can be no complaints from us reds as to the comprehensive way in which we were beaten.
One point that was distasteful, no disgraceful was the section of Ciddy fans chanting songs about Munich. A small minority but these brainless idiots forget that they lost one of their own in that disaster a certain Frank Swift.

Well I told P it would be a 6-0 drubbing. The fact we scored 3 is a positive to take forward as we would have never done that the last few years. Shame we bottled the whole fixture.

Didn't see it as l was at an other game , the result doesn't surprise me , might have been worse if a certain so called defender was playing and Utd fans would have that as well as the result to watch but anyway they will still all draw their lotto style wages whereas it's up at at it for the majority of ordinary people on this Monday morning , l really don't have any Sympathy for premier League players now ,l know it is a short career etc but the wages they are on and a lot of them are very mediocre players, anyway fair play to them for making the most of it. |

Please...........real supporters that can muster less than 900 tickets sold for an away game? Where home game tickets are on sale the day before the match.
I am afraid United are not the force they once were but if Ciddy had 10 sheiks in charge they would never have the pulling power of United.
I must admit that we were tempted to walk out at halftime and seek refuge in a pub but stayed to try and spirit on the team.
Ended up having a row with a steward who refused to stop “real fans” chanting shite about an incident they knew nothing about. |

Christ alive.
City paid out half of what we offered to sign Haaland. If United had the pull you say then surely that would have been signed?

I’m starting a petition to get Haaland’s work permit revoked.
He is a fucking machine and has the potential to get even better working with Guardiola and his coaches. Wish they’d bought Harry Kane last year now.
McT has to be benched for an extended period and we need to acknowledge that he is just not good enough. He’s keen and yeah, he’s had his moments, but ultimately he just doesn’t have what it takes. |

Haarlands father played for Manchester City 2000- 2003 which is why he went to the Sky Blues and not the Reds. |

As I said United are not at the races and Haaland wants success now. He would not have come to United or any one else as he is assured of success in the next 5 years. That and £500k a week.

As a Sky Blue supporter, man and boy I concur with you. However Pep still has to pick the 11 players to win the games. |

Very much so, he tends to change the team for the final rather than stick with the 11 that got City to it. Personally he does this for every competition except the premier league. |

Who would you play instead of Rashford & Sancho? Would you start with Ronald’s and Martial instead? I doubt that CR has a full on 90 minutes pressing in the PL in him these days. Better to have him as a finisher of games.
We have what looks like a definite improvement on McT already in the squad. |
