Help me out here with some possible alternative explanations for people being coy about whereabouts in the country they are. I see all sorts of crap in the little box which is supposed to tell you a potential match's location - from 'The Shire' to 'somewhere where you are not'.
Puzzling...
All I can think of is that these people are ONLY looking to message or perhaps webcam - which is absolutely fine, of course! So I just dismiss them. Cos I wanna be... you know... doing all kinds a sex n whatnot 
So what's up? Am I missing sump'n?? |

I’ve been here long enough to have thought people would know where I live.
I’ll stick it in my profile… a way to see if anyone really reads them…

Mine is for security reasons and also my job, as I work with vulnerable adults, if I got spotted on here I’d definitely be hauled in the office! lol |

I wonder though, do you get a lot of messages which open with "where r u?". Cos that must be very tiresome. And yet it's a reasonable question, surely, cos a fella wants to know if YOU fit HIS criteria. A feller is allowed to have criteria too isn't he..?

But, it might be crafty enough to have someone ask as an ice breaker.
I feel too much Information can spoil my intrigue for someone too. 80 miles isn’t far to travel, and it’s a nice surprise when you find out where Snowpiercer is (that was a location once) So there’s that. |

I think it's just a bit redundant and not necessary.
You click on a profile and it tells you West mids you can usually see the distance , 10-20 miles away, 150+ miles away etc so it doesn't really need to there.
Plus I can say, the man from del monte says yes. |

some just like the forums, some move around, some just don't meet, some have had problems with past meets and some just don't want you to know, not everything here is about sex that's my guess anyways |

If I put my location, I get messages saying that they regularly visit my area with work etc or occasionally, they have even changed their location to near mine
This way, when I get messages telling me they work nearby or whatever, I ask them where and can then tell them that’s no where near me |
