had a covering here last night but despite a day of bright sunshine it has still not bggered off...
clearly snow has no concept of a welcome outstayed....

it is a combo of the heavy snow.. and the falling tempretures....
it is sheet ice on all the hills now... freaky for me being a 1st time driver and losing my power steering....
the most annoying thing is it looks like no gritters out... |

There was snow in Mk today all but gone now thankfully, Think its gonna freeze tonight tho so will be like an ice rink tomorrow.. That will be me leaving the car at home as dont need any more expense before Christmas  |

We had a fluttering - the snow wasnt the problem the freezing sleet was ....... and its still really cold with the temperatures predicted to plunge even further over the next two days  |

Had a flurry here last night and it's not defrosted all day brrrrrr! However my sister who lives a few miles inland from me has had quite a few inches fall, yet my parents only a few miles further along the coast from me have had nothing.
So strange here where each village has its own weather system.  |

Keep the car heater running so the windows dont steam up or leave your footprints on the windscreen
or get the screen completely dry of any condensation then put an old blanket / rug over the outside. Will help a little |
