A handful. Largely those who do one liners or repeat messagers. The odd local person who I have concerns about being genuine.

If I offer a photo shoot and the recipient deletes the message on reading it, I block them as they clearly are not interested and I have no wish to harass them with further messages .

I have quite a few on mine ,mostly people who have been pests or pushy.I also block those with constant need balls emptying/BJ status updates or those who are nasty about others on their status.

There’s only one person on my block list, some guy who messaged me regularly despite being constantly ignored, and began to seriously piss me off, so he got blocked and then I just set my profile to not be contacted by guys to stop it happening again.
