I haven’t but when it happens I try to increase my level of physical activities.
Instead of using a big spoon to eat I’ll use a small one so I’ll make more back and forth movement with my hand. |

Supplements may help if your diet is the problem and you're lacking in those nutrients. If your libido is lower than normal and you haven't changed your diet significantly, I would look at other causes such as stress, lack of sleep, mental health etc.
It is perfectly normal to go through periods of low libido, but if it is for extended periods of time and is negatively affecting your sex life then definitely ask your GP. |
