I'm an 85 baby so grew up watching Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network.
I always fondly remember Two Stupid Dogs but not many other people do.
Any other obscure cartoons you remember? |

Little Blue - It was about a baby elephant who had an unfortunate incident with a pen at bathtime and ended up permanently blue.
Looking at it now, I realize it was a clumsy 70s attempt to make us more accepting of difference. It didn’t work - four decades later I despise blue elephants! |

"This wasn't a Cartoon that was ever on TV, or is ever likely to be. "Ftitz The Cat", it was an animated film from the 1970's that was "X" rated. Funny as fuck and very explicit...............should be standard viewing for all FAB members "
I remember that from years ago
Wasn't it set a bit like ww2 with fritz the cat being something to do with the nazis??
Was a long time ago ill have to hunt for that online again lol |

Dogtanian.
Ulysses.
Cities of Gold.
80 days around the world did that havd animal characters?
Yes! I can still remember the theme tune."
I believe both 80 Days and Digtanian were made by the same animation studio |

"Mary, Mongo and Midge; I’ll be surprised if people remember that one
Were they characters taken from books?
Honestly not a clue, all I remember was it was a lass who had a dog called Mongo and a mouse called Midge and they lived at the top of an apartment block "
I remember these... But I'm old! |

"Atom Ant…..it seems like I’m the only person on earth who watched this cartoon.
His battle cry was “ Atom Ant up up and at em” "
I used to watch this. And secret squirrel.
Does anyone remember "Rag, Tag and Bobtail"? It was a Watch with Mother program from the 1960s. Puppets rather than animation. |
