No sure what's it's like in UK now but in Spain people love yappy little shits and keep them outside all day and night and they dont stop barking!
Why have a dog if you just keep it in the garden bored! That's why they bark so much because they're bored. That's neglect and should be classed as animal cruelty.
Do you have neighbours who can't control their dogs! We should ban dogs and just have cats! |

It's the owners fault more than the dogs. People get dogs and just stick them in the garden and feed them. That's it! Don't take them for walks, play with them etc. I've seen dogs here just chained up and probably kept there 24hrs! It's sick and should not be allowed! |

I have a dog and he gets walked plenty but still doesn't stop him going into the garden and barking. I think it's wrong when they are left outside all the time, that is neglect. My dog is curled up on the sofa right now snoring away.  until the cat wakes up that is. |

Yeah dogs bark it's natural but all day and all night is too much! Literally doesn't stop! There 3 next door and 1 the other side, probably talking to each other lol. I normally sleep in my tent in the campo but I'm looking after 2 dogs and a cat for a friend. These 2 dogs don't make a sound! Ones a husky cross and the other a big staffy! I walk them and always out there throwing things for them and playing. They're great! He has a massive garden so plenty of room for them. They're so good! |

Can call the local policia but they're not bothered! It'll be the norm, they'll come out and have a word, it'll be ok for a day or 2 then back to normal. Waste of time. Owners should be educated before having a dog and then checked on. |

Keep phoning them everyday. They will soon take action. It's people not doing anything that's the problem. You wouldn't stand back and let a child get abused |

We have a yapper a few gardens up but luckily for us he/she is not continuous as their brought Inside mainly but occasionally the yapping is longer than usual  and luckily not many other dogs Interact for long If they do at all this one probably barks Indoors too so the owners let It outdoors when It does.. I think dogs like this are Insecure and have probably come from a dogs home which seems often the case now days I've seen It taken for walks occasionally It takes often a person with knowledge of dog behaviour similar to the dog whisperer to try and train the dog before this spaniel a guy had a cairn terrier a bit further up the road and that yapped even more on and off for years for a little dog he had some bark my sister has one and all he wants to do is jump on your lap and lick your face all over and sneaking out the occasionally fart which Is not a pleasant experience at the best of times  Its a shame and a annoyance how people can treat their pets and have no respect for others as In your case. |

I didn't say keeping it outside was neglect, just keeping it outside and not taking them for walks or any stimulation is. |

We had this problem with a neighbour in London. They just dumped the dog in the garden and it was having separation anxiety and boredom. Probably for over a year constant loud whining and barking all day and all night caused us massive problems sleeping. Was afraid to report it but in the end someone else did |
