As you may know by now I'm a backpacker lol.
I have cold showers all the time now as I've gotten used to it. Bathing in lakes and rivers, showering on the beach, hosepipes and using bottles of water with holes poked in the top when I'm in a forest.
Its got to a stage where warm showers seem strange. Cold showers are great as you never leave a cold shower in a bad mood, wakes you up and great for circulation.
Who else has nothing but cold showers and those who would never have a cold shower... ever!!   |

We were staying in a hotel before a social recently. Nell managed to get a nice hot shower, once it was my turn the hot water broke and I had to have a cold one. It was deeply a unpleasant start to the evening.

Hot showers make me sleepy. I've had bottle showers after a days work and pitch black at night, outside my tent with mosquitoes bugging me and ticks. Nothing better than a dangerous shower lol |

I'm fine if I'm prepared for it. I don't mind swimming in rivers etc.
I was just looking forward to a hot shower after a long tiring drive ready to meet new people. |

Well yeah, I suppose many people will be having cold showers now. The state of this world is going from bad to worse. I honestly think something bigger is coming this is just the warm up! Scary situation... Hope things get better for you mate. Pop into the local leisure centre on the way to work etc and use the showers there. Just walk in and use them.  |

A cold shower is great after a Long tiring drive it'll wake you up. I get it about being prepared though. I'm always prepared lol |
