I generally batch cook then freeze most of the stuff that I eat, being Type 2 at least know what's in it. Occasionally I'll treat maself to something else

Last night I had a Chicken Tikka Saag from Iceland, bloody beautiful it was

I get them to have a work sometimes if I'm feeling lazy. Don't mind a veg lasagne on toast

I never eat supermarket frozen meals. If you look at the contents, they really are in the main, high fat, high salt, and low nutrition, and whilst they are cheap, I do question the quality of what is in them.

I prefer batch cooking my own stuff and freezing them… I. Now what is in it then.
