His locks are now taken of I cut round them the police told me I could do that. They are undamaged I took pics as did my mum's neighbour his bike is now locked in the shed with a new lock that we put on . He has received a note saying if he needs access to text me and I will respond in 48 hours. If he cuts my lock of it will be classed as criminal damage the police said. I don't think the police man liked him very much lol |

Sounds like you are very lucky with the ones involved being switched on and looking after you all. Lots can't get antisocial neighbours sorted out at all.

Well I am now waiting to be arrested ho put a very official looking note through my mum's door saying I was going to be arrested for taking his bikes. His bikes are still locked in the shed he was told to request entry into the shed and I would reply in 48 hours there has been no request for entry the police should be on there way lol |

Let us know what your bail is and we'll try and get you out.
Honestly I've watched things like this on Reddit. Why on earth are people so entitled and unreasonable? |

Fgs. . This will just escalate. Is there any chance of mediation, is therea third party who could listen to both sides of the story? A community police officer for instance |

Why don't you arrange to meet him so he can transfer his bikes to his shed?

" he wants everything in writing which has been done but choose to ignore it the housing association and police are both coming on Thursday to witness it the police said in case he says his bikes are damaged and to make sure he keeps his nasty temper in check |

The police could advise you on claiming for the damages as a point of principle but won't replace the time & care invested. Perhaps you'd rather just draw a line under it all sooner
So sorry for your mum's disappointment, plants are like children to many |
