Do you find you job challenges you, is it constantly evolving.
Or is it the same thing every day.
I am lucky enough to work in a constantly changing industry, new products, new trends, so I never get bored |

I used to work for a family business and the boss had been parachuted in as they'd got the right surname. They constantly changed their mind and had only a tangential grasp of reality, making surprising decisions that we all then had to try to implement.
That kept you on your toes.

My job challenges me everyday, rules, regulations, laws, all constantly changing, every client is different so there is never a “one size fits all option” - it gives me a headache most days, but I love what I do |

My job doesn’t particularly challenge me. It changes every day and I work in different places (sometimes different countries!)
I really like the work and enjoy working with the people I work with
But I took a pay cut to come from my last job (which I hated ) to come to this job, and I do miss the money |
