"No I wouldn't. If I've learned nothing else in my life it's that family and some friends are worth more than any job. Also I retired early and only impending poverty will make me to back to work "
I'm not sure I could do it. This is a dilemma a friend is going through at the moment and I just didn't know how to advise her. |

I think if you don't have many ties to a specific area and your closest loved ones are going with you it's probably an easy decision. |

I had the opportunity years ago to go work for lionhead studios on game design, it meant moving to London and if I had the money I’d have gone right there and then… few months later the company went bust so maybe it was for the best that I didn’t move |

"99.9% of me says yes I would go, just something is stopping me saying a complete yes x"
We practically did this for me, but the dream was not what it seemed |

I moved 100s (actually few 1000s) miles for a job I loved with further capabilities to grow. Happy with it.
Current world with all online messengers and video conferences in addition to very affordable flight prices is pretty small space.

Dreams don’t become real very often and if it was something I really wanted to do …. Yes, I would go for it. My family and friends I hope, would support my decision.
She can always come home if it doesn’t work out |

"1000% you only get one chance at life
Don’t look back on it and say I wish I had done that
"
That is exactly my thoughts, you can't live your life to please others and you don't want any 'what if's' down the line |

In a heartbeat wouldn't when have to think about it.
You can always go and visit them or vice versa.
How many people are stuck in jobs they hate because they need the money.
Being in a job you love doing makes a massive difference in your life as you spend alot of time there. |
