I like socks. I have a predilection for socks. I love the reassuring and 'inspirited' feel when wearing socks. Long socks, sometimes short socks and occasionally ankle socks.
This is a thread about socks. It will never be threadbare. A vast kaleidoscopic array of socks are moored in my sock drawer like little boats in a harbour.
Join me and pay homage to socks. More so now as the autumnal nights draw in and we crave for that warm and luxuriant fabric around our 'tootsies'.
This gentleman loves socks.
Did I ever parley about socks?
I have now. |

Most of my socks are M&S multipack socks. Apart from a couple of pairs of novelty socks. But I have drawers full of M&S multipack socks. Mainly Christmas presents tbf. No doubt my sock drawer will be adorned with further M&S multipack socks after this Christmas too! |

When having a quickie and get naked I usually don’t take my socks off. I don’t think of them in a sexy way and just something have always done. Have often wondered why and if others do. Seems a bit odd but rare any comments |

I have many types of socks... trainer, frilly ankle, fluffy bed socks, plain and striped over knee socks with bows and marabou feathers, knee high... lots of practical, cute, sexy, snuggly socks for all occasions.

I also enjoy socks and previously had quite a colourful array. I have toned the sock drawer though and have mostly switched to Adidas cushioned crew, as they have knitted arch support which makes my plantar fascitis better.
They do a few coloured ones so I'll start to add them to the black ones. |

It's common knowledge that I hanker for your candystripe socks. |

I used to only wear black socks when I was younger, but the older I get the more "adventurous" I get.
Socks with elephants, bees, sloths, puns and every colour on the scale. I have quite a big collection of Grogu socks too and I'm wearing a pair right now. I like cute things

Måggy, I'm sorry to hear about your plantar fascitis. I know someone close who has this affliction and it's not a pleasant condition to live with. Old man. |

I wear odd socks deliberately (apart from a select few pairs).
Up until recently I was only wearing 1 sock.. broken ankle, plaster etc. yesterday was my first 2 socked adventure in 9 weeks. It was a day of beauty.
I have socks appeal |

I like socks.
I like socks that beautiful forum users give me as a birthday present and they still smell of them.
I like socks that tell me it's business time.
I like women in knee high socks. Men in brightly coloured socks.
I like thick chunky socks.
Thanks for elevating socks to the platform they deserve ex-husband. |

You're most welcome my ex-wife. I can still fondly recollect the legs-over-my-shoulder position and the brushing of lambswool against my ears.
There's a certain 'je ne sais quoi' about that sensation. X |

As one would guess, I’m pretty specific when it comes to socks….
Trainer socks have to be black or white New Balance air breathe
Casual they need to be soft and comfortable to wear. I prefer M&S in an array of colours
If I’m buying socks as gifts for men I like to go with something quirky London sock exchange/happy socks/ Ted Baker etc |

I remember someone a few years back saying that he loved to receive socks as a Christmas present.
People generally gifted him far better quality socks than he’d buy for himself. |

I do love a pair of socks Nero.
My favourite type is the fluffy super soft ones.
I mostly own cute print ankle length ones from Primark.
A fun fact about me is I pretty much live in odd socks as I never pair them together, and it really pisses people off. |

You had me on everything....until you mentioned Ted Baker. I won't go anywhere near that brand. I've had the soles of shoes fall apart, the arm of a suit fall off (!) and a silk tie unravel itself at the stitching to the point of resembling a silken rag.
Sorry. |

Historically, my socks have been as dull and boring as possible. 40 years of uniform wearing will do that to you. However, now I am unleashed and I have some quite colourful ones, wacky designs and logos. Even some with pink flamingos, before I recently learned of the swinging connection. Is this the equivalent of a hotwife anklet?.. |

I've changed my avatar just for you, Nero. A pair of warm fluffy socks are like a loving hug for your feet. I like wearing just undies and socks for dancing. |

"Someone I know has dinosaurs on their socks.

My second favourite pair of socks feature a T-Rex barfing a rainbow. The sock truly is the item of clothing that you can have the most fun with. |

I bought 3 pairs of bridgedale hiking socks just before I left to backpack. Between £17 and £20 a pair. Brilliant socks! Can wear the same pair for days and your feet won't stink. They lasted over 3 years but now are wearing out. Done some miles in them though. |

See, I’m that awesome, I even have a tent at Glasto named after me .
